Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the efficient movement of products through shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support inventory management, and uphold trade compliance standards. Duties Prepare and package orders accurately using proper shipping procedures, including picking & packing and order fulfillment. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load & unload shipments safely. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Conduct stock replenishment activities like stocking shelves and organizing warehouse distribution areas for optimal efficiency. Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, order picking, packing, and load & unload tasks. Ensure all shipping & receiving documentation is complete and accurate to facilitate smooth customs clearance and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and communication. Prior experience with ERP systems or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
