Position Summary TruVolt Brands (Snow Joe & Jetson) is looking for a driven, highly successful Product Sourcing Shipping Clerk to join its dynamic and growing team of top professionals that manufacture and sell DTC and B2B, state-of-the art home, garden and landscaping equipment. We are an international consumer products company seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our Operations and Logistics team in Jersey City, NJ. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for: Coordinating and processing domestic and international shipments Creating Purchase Orders Tracking logistics Preparing shipping documentation Maintaining accurate records, and Working closely with warehouse personnel, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, wholesale, or consumer products environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and meeting daily shipping deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, general business or related degree. 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or order-processing experience required. Experience within a consumer products, wholesale, retail distribution, or eCommerce environment is required. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, freight forwarders, and common shipping platforms. Experience preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documentation. International shipping experience is a plus. Experience working with an ERP or warehouse management system preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications. Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and work effectively under daily deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse employees, carriers, customer service representatives, and other departments.
