Morning Start | Rotating Schedule Our client in Mickleton, NJ is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily shipping and warehouse operations Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents Check orders for accuracy and completeness Coordinate shipping activities with the production team Confirm and track shipping appointments Assist with shipment tracking and updates Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and the operations team Help ensure shipments are prepared and processed accurately and on schedule Maintain organized shipping records and documentation Assist with other administrative and warehouse-related duties as needed

Requirements:

Spanish speaking is required Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Good communication skills Comfortable communicating with drivers and warehouse/operations personnel Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable with good attendance

Schedule:

This position has a rotating schedule with morning start times.

Important:

Candidates must be flexible with their schedule. The rotating schedule means you may have one or two weekdays off and may be required to work on weekends. You will not necessarily work every weekend. Weekend work and days off will rotate based on the client's operational needs. × Apply Now
