Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and effectively. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper stacking and storage of inventory in designated warehouse areas. Accurately pull products from warehouse shelves Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely according to safety protocols and customer specifications. Pack and stage completed orders for delivery. Follow safety procedures diligently, including all SOPs and warehouse safety protocols. Support shipping and receiving processes by managing barcode scanning for logistics, verifying inbound/outbound shipments, and documenting discrepancies or damages. Perform tasks in cross-functional areas. Fulfillment Associate Skills Experience in material handling is a plus Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stocking, order picking, packing, loading & unloading. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors; prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
