Noble Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a client in Parsippany, NJ . This position is ideal for someone with experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, customer service, and data entry . The successful candidate will support daily shipping operations while communicating with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Full-time Responsibilities Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels. Process and coordinate outbound shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels, addresses, and shipment information. Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with freight carriers and transportation providers. Enter and maintain accurate order, customer, inventory, and shipment information in company systems. Utilize Freight Management Systems (FMS) to manage and track shipments. Maintain accurate and organized records of shipping activities, customer communications, and transactions. Monitor shipment status and assist with resolving shipping or delivery issues. Work closely with warehouse, customer service, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Follow established shipping, receiving, logistics, and compliance procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service . Experience working with WMS, FMS, inventory management, or shipping software . Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes. Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
