Overview Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment & Shipping Associate, where your energy and precision will drive the seamless processing of customer orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery. In this vital role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products with efficiency and care, utilizing a variety of warehouse equipment and management systems. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal inventory levels and uphold safety standards across all warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment that values teamwork, accuracy, and safety. Key Responsibilities Process daily customer and marketplace orders accurately. Pick the correct products and quantities for each order. Inspect items before packing to ensure they match the order. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials. Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup. Verify shipping addresses, order details, and shipping methods. Update order and shipment statuses in the system. Organize completed packages by carrier or shipping service. Assist with inventory counts and report missing or damaged items. Maintain an organized and clean packing/shipping area. Follow special packing or shipping instructions when required. Help resolve order discrepancies before packages are shipped. Qualifications Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn order/shipping systems. Ability to safely lift and handle packages as required. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Previous order fulfillment, warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
