About the Role The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products into our warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and overall operational flow within a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to maintain efficiency and accessibility
- Identify and resolve discrepancies by partnering with team members and supervisors
- Support picking and sorting activities to ensure correct product selection and scanning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and cooler environment
- Follow all safety procedures and operational best practices Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35-36°F) for extended periods of time.

Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00 AM until finish (additional hours as needed during peak seasons and holidays)- No regular travel required Qualifications What You'll Bring
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Positive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
