Job Description

Shipping Clerk — B2B $25-$28/hour

Location:

Dayton, NJ Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM; some weekends required

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience reviewing and following customer-specific B2B routing guides Working knowledge of EDI transactions and processes Experience creating and verifying

UCC-128/GS1-128

shipping labels Experience preparing bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and shipment documentation Knowledge of parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping Experience using a warehouse management system or shipping system Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict customer shipping deadlines Availability to work required schedule, including occasional weekends

Preferred Experience:

Shipping orders for major retail or wholesale customers Researching chargebacks, routing violations, and shipping discrepancies Coordinating directly with carriers and warehouse operations Verifying orders before they leave the facility
