Overview We are seeking a dedicated Truck Fleet Shipping Clerk to join our logistics and distribution team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of shipping and receiving activities for our fleet of trucks, ensuring seamless operations that support timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

Preferred experience:

Shipping orders for major retail or wholesale customers Researching chargebacks, routing violations, and shipping discrepancies Coordinating directly with carriers and warehouse operations Verifying orders before they leave the facility Required qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience reviewing and following customer-specific B2B routing guides Working knowledge of EDI transactions and processes Experience creating and verifying

shipping labels Experience preparing bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and shipment documentation Knowledge of parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping Experience using a warehouse management system or shipping system Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict customer shipping deadlines Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some weekends as needed

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
