High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Experience using WMS, RF scanner, or inventory management system. Process parcel, LTL, and freight shipments using appropriate shipping systems and carrier portals. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and other required shipping documentation. Verify part numbers, quantities, addresses, weights, dimensions, and shipping instructions before releasing orders. Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against sales orders and packing documentation. Perform putaway of received materials into designated warehouse/bin locations. Accurately scan or enter inventory movements into the company's ERP/WMS or inventory management system. Replenish picking locations and move materials between warehouse locations as required. Maintain accurate inventory locations and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged materials. Safely operate pallet jacks and hand trucks. Properly wrap, strap, label, palletize, and secure freight for transportation if needed. Coordinate with carriers and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments are completed on schedule. Maintain clean and organized shipping, receiving, staging, and storage areas. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties as needed.
