Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk supports the warehouse and production departments by packaging and processing outbound orders, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires attention to detail, communication with internal teams, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties to
Include:
Package and ship up to 100 packages per day Process ground, air, freight, and international shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other carrier platforms Package outbound products neatly and securely Unload and inspect incoming shipments, recording overages, shortages, and damaged items Assist with unloading shipments from FedEx, UPS, and other carriers Maintain an organized and clean shipping area Communicate professionally with Sales and other internal departments Participate in ongoing inventory projects Operate a forklift if certified Perform other duties as assigned by management
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 25 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently Drug testing required per DOT/FAA standards before hire and randomly thereafter Familiarity with counterfeit product avoidance measures in line with SAE standard
