QA Receiving Associate Radwell International LLC | Receiving Full-Time | Hourly |
On-site Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046 The QA Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate processing, receipt, and web listing of all incoming products from purchase orders and blind bids. This role includes research, pricing evaluation, quality inspection, and product listing preparation to ensure items are properly represented and ready for sale on Radwell.com. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and receive all incoming products accurately
  • Assist Receiving staff with research and price validation as needed
  • Assess pricing and product descriptions when market data is unavailable due to age or discontinuation
  • Review assigned Bids and Purchase Orders, noting all instructions from Supervisors or Purchasing staff
  • Determine correct condition, quantity, and classification of merchandise and document discrepancies
  • Receive items into inventory, recording serial numbers, firmware, revisions, and other key data
  • Photograph items clearly with accurate weight documentation and multiple angles as required
  • Prepare products for web listing in accordance with Radwell database standards
  • Report completion of Purchase Orders and Bids accurately and timely
  • Provide general support across receiving operations as needed
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned Qualifications

  • Computer literate Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products preferred
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong communication skills Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college or technical schooling preferred
  • Technical school degree a plus Physical Demands
  • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequent walking
  • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and continuous lifting up to 10 pounds Compensation & Commission The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.
00 per hour . Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Eligible for commission after successful completion of the introductory 90‑day period. Radwell Benefits
