Job Description

The Inventory & Warehouse Analyst supports the Supply Chain Management group by maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating warehouse and yard activities. This position is responsible for physical inventory counts, SAP transactions, purchase requisitions, freight/logistics support, and working closely with buyers and operations to ensure materials are available when needed. The role requires someone who can work independently in both office and field environments while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Complete routine physical inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance. Process all inbound and outbound inventory movements in SAP for the Carlsbad yard and warehouse. Create purchase requisitions for purchases and subcontracting. Work closely with SCM buyers and Operations regarding available and on-hand inventory. Assist with freight booking and other logistics activities. Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records. Follow all company environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with applicable requirements and guidelines, including SOX and COPAS. Support day-to-day warehouse and supply chain activities in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in Materials Management. Experience with SAP. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional working relationships. Able to work independently in both office and field environments. Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prevent operating a company vehicle. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug screening, and MVR (clean driving record).
