$18-23 DOE Job Summary The Shipping & Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, preparation of customer orders, shipment processing, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, physically capable, and willing to support production activities as needed. Key Responsibilities Ability to drive a propane forklift safely - Load and unload tractor trailers and flatbed trucks. Ability to use Sage software to generate BOL's and packing slips. Ability to pick from inventory and stage for customer order shipments. Ability to band pallets and shrink wrap pallets to prepare orders for shipping. Ability to repack and palletize customer LTL orders. Verify customer orders before shipment. Maintain the warehouse organization and keep the floors and shipping area clean. Maintain shipping log and shipping issue platforms - keep it updated daily. Ability to use UPS software for shipments. Maintain an organized and clean shipping office. Must be physically fit. The job requires lifting, kneeling, and bending. Safety Requirements PPE required-
