Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all shipping documentation and procedures. Working collaboratively with team members to support the Operations department's goals. Remaining open to coaching and continuous improvement in shipping processes. Exhibiting a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in shipping or a related field is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficiency in managing shipping software and tools is a plus.
