Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Additional logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a plus Experience Requirements Previous shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Job Duties Check in inbound and outbound drivers and provide dock directions Communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel Open and close shipments within warehouse management systems Monitor load boards and maintain seal logs Prepare and verify bills of lading and shipping documentation Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and loading activities as needed Track inbound and outbound freight activity Support daily warehouse logistics and transportation operations Perform additional clerical and warehouse support duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. What You Will Do As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
