Job Description

Job Summary - 1ST SHIFT Coordinate the movement and placement of trailers, trucks, and materials in the yard. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Check shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork. Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and shipping/receiving teams. Inspect trailers and loads for accuracy and proper documentation. Keep the yard organized, clean, and safe. Assist with inventory counts and locating materials as needed. Use computers or warehouse systems to update shipment and inventory information. May operate a forklift or pallet jack, depending on the facility. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
