Farm Shop & Online Sales Associate Part-Time | Saturdays + Some Weekday Hours We are looking for a friendly and reliable Farm Shop & Online Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys working with customers, preparing orders, creating bouquets, and helping with our online presence and social media. Responsibilities Assist customers in the farm shop and provide warm, knowledgeable service Prepare and pack online orders for both retail and B2B customers Process online sales and manage incoming consumer and B2B orders Use Shopify to process orders, update order information, and assist with online sales Assist with social media , including creating and posting content, sharing farm shop products and flowers, and engaging with customers online Help maintain an active and welcoming presence on social media Process purchases and assist with general retail operations Restock and merchandise products throughout the shop Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment Communicate professionally with B2B customers and assist with their orders Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Work independently while also being a positive member of our team Qualifications Previous retail experience is required Shopify experience is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Experience with social media platforms and creating content is preferred Experience with online order fulfillment is a plus B2B customer service or sales experience is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail when preparing and fulfilling orders Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a busy, hands-on environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks Floral or flower-arranging experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Schedule Saturdays are required Additional weekday hours available based on need and availability Part-time position with potential for additional hours during busy seasons What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, creative, organized, and customer focused . This is a varied, hands-on position, you may be helping a customer in the farm shop, creating a bouquet, fulfilling an online consumer order, preparing a larger B2B order , or creating social media content to showcase what's happening at the farm. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing different hats and can move comfortably between retail, online sales, customer service, social media, and floral work . Retail experience is a must. Shopify experience, social media experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
