Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our heat treating facility in Fairport. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with no prior experience.

What You'll Do:

Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy Prepare finished parts and materials for outgoing shipments Load and unload trucks as needed Package, label, stage, and organize customer orders Maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork Move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently Keep shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean and organized Work with production and other team members to make sure orders are handled correctly and on time

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and able to consistently work the 6:00 AM start time Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Able to lift and move materials throughout the workday Good attention to detail and basic organizational skills Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing or for an experienced shipping/receiving candidate looking for a stable first-shift position.
