Receiving Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our inventory operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments and deliveries Verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies Accurately enter inventory data into the system Label and store products in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean and organized receiving area Communicate with supervisors regarding shipment issues or delays Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures May require use of pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed) Team-oriented environment with safety as a top priority

Pay:

$23.80 - $28.70 per hour
