We're a small team (just three part-timers) founded by two brothers who started the company in college and are now growing it hands-on every day (still just a side thing for us while we work full-time elsewhere). We have a small fulfillment/storage space located inside of a co-working warehouse (with probably around 50 other brands) in Latham, NY, and because we both work full-time jobs elsewhere, you'll be working alone in our fulfillment space the majority of the time. About the Role We're looking for 1 hardworking, organized, and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join us for the busy fall and holiday season, available to start around September 14th. This role is ideal for college students, freelancers, or anyone with flexible availability who enjoys hands-on work in a small, fast-moving environment. This role will focus on packing and shipping orders , including: Printing shipping labels and packing slips Assembling boxes Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Adding personalized notes and inserts to orders Occasionally bringing shipments to the post office (we also have a pickup area onsite) Taking inventory Ordering fulfillment materials based on inventory needs Moving pallets with a pallet jack Breaking down boxes Who We're Looking For Hardworking, scrappy, and dependable- you get things done and don't mind rolling up your sleeves Organized and detail-oriented
- you take pride in accuracy, neatness, and doing things correctly Physically up for the job
- able to stand for long periods, stay active throughout the day, and lift up to 50 lbs Self-motivated and comfortable working independently once trained Someone who likes working alone (perfect for introverts!
- roughly 10 to 25 hours per week) Heaviest workload: October-December Flexible hours
- we'll coordinate schedules based on demand and your availability, but until November, we only send on Mondays to Wednesdays.
