Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time team member to support e-commerce order fulfillment, inventory checks, customer service follow-up, and general operations for Divina Market and Popnuts. This role will begin as seasonal holiday fulfillment support, with the opportunity to transition into a recurring Monday/Friday schedule focused on weekly setup, replenishment, inventory support, order preparation, and ongoing fulfillment coverage. Essential Functions E-Commerce Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare Divina Market and Popnuts orders accurately and efficiently Support increased holiday order volume and ongoing weekly fulfillment needs Ensure orders are packed carefully to help reduce damage and support a positive customer experience Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and ready for upcoming orders Inventory & Supplies Review inventory needs and packing material levels Assist with product replenishment requests and incoming product or supply receiving Support physical inventory counts and report completed counts to the supervisor Help unload, organize, and restock incoming product as needed Order & Customer Support Assist with customer service inquiries, including damages, missing items, shipping concerns, refunds, and replacements Escalate quality concerns, customer exceptions, or unusual order issues to the appropriate team Assist with Faire order preparation by splitting and organizing orders for review General Operations Support Communicate status updates clearly with the supervisor and team Follow established processes for order fulfillment, inventory, and customer support Perform other e-commerce, fulfillment, and administrative duties as assigned Background Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a professional, warehouse, operations, fulfillment, or customer service environment Able to lift 50+ pounds Good communication skills and reliability Additional Information Monday and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Approximately 13 scheduled hours per week. Additional hours may be available during the holiday season based on order volume and business needs.
