We are currently seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. Position Overview As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play an important role in preparing customer orders for shipment, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify product quantities and order accuracy. Label packages and prepare shipping documentation. Receive and organize incoming inventory. Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization. Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies. Inspect products before shipment to ensure quality standards. Maintain accurate fulfillment and inventory records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift and move packages safely throughout the workday. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. Benefits Competitive compensation.
