We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This hands-on role includes picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving incoming shipments and inventory, and helping keep products and materials moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other shipping systems Receive, count, inspect, and put away incoming inventory Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Complete receiving logs and other required documentation Process and track returns and related transactions Communicate damaged shipments, quantity discrepancies, and other issues to the appropriate teams Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Provide shipping quotes and assist with resolving shipping-related issues Operate a forklift and other material-moving equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Work collaboratively with Shipping, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, pick/pack, or distribution experience preferred Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping systems is a plus Forklift experience or certification preferred Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and the ability to work scheduled hours consistently Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position that requires regular standing and walking. Employees must be able to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs.
