Cocktail Garnish Co. produces and delivers high-quality dehydrated garnishes, salts, and botanicals to a wide range of clients, including bars, restaurants, and hotels, across the United States. Role Description Company Hours are Monday through Sunday 9AM - 5PM This is an on-site position based in White Plains, NY - 8 hour shifts are available daily, must commit to five shifts a week. As a Production & Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in daily production operations, including assisting with preparation, operating production lines and machines, and maintaining quality control standards. You will also take part in packaging and organizing finished products for distribution to our clients while ensuring an efficient and smooth production process. Wash fruit cases Slice fruit tops and bottoms for automatic slicing preparation Traying slices of fruit onto dehydration trays Empty machines to 40lb bins for bagging team Stamp bags for preparation to be used Put dried citrus into bags Receive & unload pallets from loading dock Fulfill orders selecting correct items and shipping in proper sized boxes Adhere to strict ServSafe Food Preparation Guidelines Lunch Monday & Wednesday provided Qualifications Experience in Production, food, or other light manufacturing duties Proficiency in Kitchens, using food safe practices Flexibility and ability to be Easily Adaptable to dynamic work environments Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in food production or related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
