is looking for a Mezzanine Stocker/Puller for our Akron Branch.

Work Week & Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM, No weekends

Pay:

$17.50 plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Job Duties:

Uses freight code to determine picking sequence Reads order labels to determine items Picks orders from stock, overstock or other locations to fill customer and internal orders Moves items to shipping or will call areas by putting items in totes on conveyor belt, on skids or taking directly to these areas. Responds to requests to verify inventory quantities Records put away on bar code reader Report damages/ shortage not found during receiving on Freight Error Form Use manual pallet jacks and carts to move items to put away locations Transfers items from pallets to correct storage shelves or overstock locations Determine transfer locations by reading item label, put away plate, or by checking bar code reader Rearranges items to remove obsolete items and make room for new items Removes or creates new labels for rearranged items Use ladder Use box cutter to remove box tops of items that are pulled as single items Maintain clean isles and workspace Other duties as assigned including stocking, inventory and related warehouse duties Why choose us?
