Job Description

Job Summary Yanke Bionics, a leader in the Prosthetic and Orthotic field, is seeking an Inventory Warehouse/ Ship/ Receiving person to join our team. This role supports Yanke Bionics in the timely order fulfillment of Prosthetic and Orthotics devices, components and supplies to our patients and locations. You need at least one year's experience with Excel, Outlook, shipping and receiving, inventory management. You must have great organizational and communication skills Responsibilities Receive lab items, devices, and UPS packages; verify them against purchase orders and bills of materials; inspect for damage or defects; distribute them appropriately; and document receipt in the Medflex System. Maintain accurate Excel records of shipped, received, and transferred items, including inventory and master job logs, and compile production and inventory reports. Monitor production and lab schedules; prioritize completed orthotic and prosthetic jobs; verify devices and quantities; and route them to the appropriate office, bin, or department. Prepare outgoing UPS and U.S. Postal Service shipments, including labeling, verification, postage processing, and equipment upkeep. Collaborate closely with purchasing about damaged or delayed shipments, rush-job completion, outgoing items, pickups, and low stock. Manage inventory for the Buffer, on-call shelf, Prosthetic Stock, Foot Orthotic materials, 303, Hospital Van, satellite offices, and printed forms; replenish stock as needed. Coordinate distribution and delivery across locations to meet patient appointment schedules. Stages parts and products in appropriate bins for Clinician pick-ups. Maintains good housekeeping and organizational practices. Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with a strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is highly preferred. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service experience to effectively communicate with team members and external partners. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
