Order Fulfillment & Product Photography Assistant Position Overview:
We are an established e-commerce firearms dealer located in Alliance Ohio looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and open-minded individual to join our team in a dual capacity. This entry-level, full-time role splits time between ensuring our shipping and receiving operations run flawlessly and assisting with our digital product catalog through product photography. Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations is beneficial. No prior professional photography experience is necessary—all photography equipment is supplied by the company, and we will fully train you on our setup, lighting, and processes. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills, this is a great opportunity to expand your toolkit. This position will be subject to up to a 60 day probationary period to ensure skills match the full list of requirements outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving (Primary Focus) Receive incoming inventory shipments, create items in ERP system, complete receiving process in ERP. Pick, pack, and securely ship customer orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with company standards. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and inventory space. Assist with annual physical inventory count.
Note:
As a firearms dealer, strict adherence to compliance, safety protocols, and documentation during the receiving/shipping process is absolutely paramount. This position will be subject to passing a thorough background check process. Product Photography (Training Provided): Stage and photograph inventory using company-supplied studio equipment and cameras. Ensure product photos are clear, well-lit, and accurately represent the items. Perform basic photo editing, cropping, and uploading to our photo data-base. Collaborate with the Operations Specialist and Gunsmith to ensure new inventory is photographed on schedule.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or retail fulfillment.

Meticulous approach to matching serial numbers, verifying shipments, and spotting visual imperfections.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 40-50 lbs.

What We Offer Expected pay range $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr, depending on experience. Two weeks paid vacation with paid holidays. Standard 40 hour per week work schedule. 3% Company IRA Match.
