Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Use provided sales work to accurately pull all customer orders. Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order. Provide accurate weights and dimensions are recorded for all orders pulled. Correctly complete the pallet process to include shrink wrap and address labels application. Report any nonconformances or order discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. Maintain compliance with workplace safety, product handling, and shipping best practices. Prepare shipments by securely packaging materials in accordance with safety and quality procedures. Follow all documented procedures, standard work, and visual controls to ensure consistent quality. Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities as required. Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure compliance with product identification and traceability requirements Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide.) Must be functionally literate in the English language. Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions. High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Skills:
Must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate vehicle license (forklift/pallet jack) as required. Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and lifting.
Minimum Experience :
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates may be considered with demonstrated ability to learn and follow instructions.
