Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments and support daily receiving and inventory operations. This is a hands-on warehouse position that also involves computer work, shipping documentation, and communication with internal departments and freight carriers. Responsibilities Prepare and process domestic and international shipments Package products securely according to customer requirements Create shipping labels, bills of lading, export documents, certificates of conformance, and ASNs Schedule small-package, LTL, truckload, container, and international freight pickups Use UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager Enter shipping and receiving transactions into the company's ERP system Photograph outgoing shipments and document incoming damage Receive, inspect, unpack, and count incoming materials Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and other documentation Record shortages, damages, and nonconforming materials Deliver received inventory and supplies to the appropriate locations Maintain lot control and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures Communicate shipment status and tracking information to Customer Service and other departments Operate a forklift and pallet jack to load, unload, and move materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of shipping experience, including international, LTL, and truckload shipments At least 2 years of receiving or inventory-control experience Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager Basic experience using ERP systems Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Forklift and pallet-jack experience preferred

$21.00 per hour
