Overview The Shipping and Receiving Associate manages incoming and outgoing goods, verifies shipment accuracy, and maintains inventory records. This role ensures precision, regulatory compliance, and strict quality control for aerospace components Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Prepare full shipping packages for customer orders, including labels, traceability, and protective packaging for aerospace components. Review and verify documentation such as CoCs, packing lists, and traveler accuracy. Coordinate with carriers for small parcel and freight shipments. Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards during shipment preparation. Process incoming materials accurately and route parts to quality or inventory. Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies before shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper ERP transactions. Prioritize shipments based on customer deadlines and production schedules. Coordinate shipments of hazardous waste disposal with outside vendors, ensuring environmental compliance. Requirements 2-4 years of aerospace or high-precision manufacturing warehouse experience. Proven proficiency with Epicor ERP or similar manufacturing execution software. Strong understanding of shipping documentation and traceability. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Pay:
$19.00 - $26.00 per hour
