Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM

• 11:30 PM Pay & Shift Premium Starting pay: $19/hour + shift differential Why This Role Might Be a Good Fit Cincinnati Thermal Spray (CTS) is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting the details right.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to play an important role in serving our customers, this could be a great fit. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics experience is helpful but not required. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are received, processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.

Duties may include:

• Packaging and preparing customer orders and parts for shipment
• Building and assembling shipping cartons, crates, containers, and pallets
• Applying shipping labels and preparing shipping documentation
• Receiving incoming shipments and deliveries from carriers and suppliers
• Unpacking, inspecting, and verifying incoming parts, materials, and inventory
• Identifying and reporting shipping discrepancies or transit damage
• Moving materials, inventory, and products throughout the facility
• Delivering parts and materials to the appropriate departments
• Using material handling equipment and following safety procedures
• Following work instructions and maintaining accurate records What We're Looking For
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work scheduled hours consistently
• Dependable and detail-oriented Helpful, But Not Required
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics environments
• Experience using ERP systems, scanners, or shipping software
