This position is responsible for preparing shipping documentation, verifying shipment details, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will also support general warehouse functions and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Schedule inbound and outbound shipments via phone and email Verify and process shipping documentation and shipment data Assign dock doors and coordinate carrier pickups, including LTL shipments Process labels using UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems Maintain logs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support warehouse operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot/cold environments Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 1-2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified Basic computer skills, including
