Job Summary Cutter Parts Online is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to accurately pick, pack, document, ship, receive, and route parts and merchandise. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable using computers and carrier systems, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Responsibilities

• Pick and verify parts against sales orders and packing documents.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
• Create domestic and international shipping labels and supporting documentation.
• Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other approved carriers.
• Receive, count, inspect, and route incoming merchandise.
• Compare receipts with purchase orders and packing slips and report discrepancies.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Assist with inventory counts, bin maintenance, and product organization.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe shipping, receiving, and staging areas.
• Coordinate with customer service, parts, purchasing, and management on order issues.
• Follow company procedures for equipment use, workplace safety, and shipment records.
• Perform related warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping-system experience preferred.
• International shipping and customs-documentation experience is a plus.
• Basic computer, scanning, and data-entry proficiency.
• Strong accuracy, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read order information, part numbers, labels, and shipping documents. Physical and Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and safely lift or move parts and packages throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in warehouse and shipping environments and safely use approved material-handling equipment after training.

• Proposed pay range: $17-$22 per hour, based on experience.
