As the Shipping/Receiving Advisor , you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing automotive parts and vehicles, supporting our service and sales departments efficiently. .

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the accurate shipping and receiving of automotive parts and vehicles. Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping and receiving records. Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery. Assist in maintaining inventory control and stock levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an automotive setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Familiarity with basic computer applications and inventory software is a plus.
