Crew Supply Co. is a Columbus-based e-commerce company specializing in innovative, craft-focused solutions for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and bartenders. We operate two distinctive brands, Crew® and Garny®, serving hospitality professionals around the world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialists to support daily order fulfillment and shipping operations at our Columbus facility. This is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Part-time schedules will be arranged within our regular daytime operating hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce and wholesale orders for shipment. Verify products, quantities, colors, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Create shipping labels and packing slips using Shopify and ShipStation. Package products carefully and consistently according to established standards. Receive and unload incoming shipments. Inspect incoming shipments and outgoing orders for quality issues, damage, or discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Comfortable learning and using Shopify, ShipStation, and related shipping software. Able to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a small team. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout most of the shift. Able to safely unload deliveries and move products within the fulfillment center.
POSITION DETAILS
Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Daytime scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. On-site position in Columbus, Ohio. Starting pay of $18.25 per hour. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to this position. Because our fulfillment team is small, each team member plays an important role in completing orders accurately and meeting daily shipping commitments.
