• Shipping and Fulfillment Associate
• to join our team.

This position is responsible for receiving, sorting, and shipping apparel and promotional products while ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail, warehousing, or fulfillment environment.
• Experience with apparel, promotional products, or similar goods preferred.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, shipping platforms).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of a warehouse or fulfillment center.

Summary of Responsibilities include:

Receiving and Sorting:

• Receive shipments of apparel and promotional products.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy, ensuring they match order specifications.
• Sort and organize products according to inventory and order requirements.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Ensure proper inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors of any discrepancies.
• As needed, assist the Team with setting up client displays.

Shipping and Logistics:

• Works with Shipping Manager to process shipments through the appropriate carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Ensure that all outbound shipments are completed on time and according to customer requirements.
• Manage order tracking and update customers with shipping statuses as needed.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain an organized inventory system, keeping shelves and storage areas neat and accessible.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and restocking processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate.

Customer Service Support:

• Provide support to the sales team by ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and resolving any order issues.
• Handle returns or exchanges as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and processing.

Retail Experience Integration:

• Use retail knowledge to ensure that products are stored, sorted, and packaged in a way that aligns with customer expectations and company standards.
• Assist with special retail orders or promotions as required, including bulk orders, seasonal campaigns, or custom promotional items.
