full-time Fulfillment Associate - HairSmart Job Description About HairSmart HairSmart is a leader in hair restoration and wellness solutions, offering clinically backed products such as laser cap therapy, supplements, shampoos, serums, and provider-led programs. We pride ourselves on fast, accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience. Role Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping HairSmart orders, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. This role plays a critical part in customer satisfaction and brand trust. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify order details, product SKUs, and quantities Prepare shipping labels and documentation Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage Process same-day or next-day shipping as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/stock area Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and audits Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediately Coordinate with customer support regarding order issues Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures Qualifications Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or order processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs per box Basic computer skills (order systems + printing shipping labels) High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required; background check will be conducted Must reside within 10 miles of 44143 Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.) is a plus
Employment Type & Schedule Contract-to-hire:
1099 contract for the first 3 months, converting to W2 employment upon successful completion
Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, 7 hours/day Work Environment On-site / office-space; free drinks and snacks. Standing, lifting, quality control, and repetitive tasks required Team-driven operations environment
