In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring seamless warehouse operations. 1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday; 6:00am to 4:30pm 2nd Shift
• Monday-Thursday; 5:00pm to 3:00am Weekend Day
• Friday-Sunday; 6:00am to 6:00pm Weekend Night
• Friday-Sunday; 6:00pm to 6:00am Duties Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and documenting orders accurately with order picker tools and barcode scanners Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, data entry into inventory management software, and updating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Ensure compliance with shipping logistics regulations, including international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Organize warehouse distribution activities by stocking products efficiently and managing order fulfillment workflows Collaborate with customer service teams to address shipping & receiving inquiries promptly and professionally Experience Previous warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and inventory management software Hands-on experience with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms, and inventory management tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation Skilled in operating forklift trucks (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Strong data entry skills combined with excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment #
