Full-Time About the Job Weatherables is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is a mix of shipping, computer/data entry, and forklift work . You'll help make sure customer orders are documented correctly, prepared for shipment, and loaded safely onto the correct trailers. What You'll Do Enter shipping and fulfillment information into NetSuite. Create bills of lading (BOLs) and label skids for shipment. Safely operate a forklift to load products onto trailers. Verify orders and shipping information for accuracy. Help identify and resolve shipping invoice discrepancies. Obtain pricing and schedule flatbeds when needed. Work with the shipping and production teams to meet daily goals. Assist in other areas as needed. What We're Looking For Comfortable using a computer and entering information accurately. Strong attention to detail. Ability to safely operate a forklift or complete forklift certification. Dependable and able to work well with others. Able to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift. Able to frequently lift and move materials. Previous shipping, warehouse, forklift, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
