Job Description

Shift:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using order picking tools like RF scanners and pallet jacks Receive incoming shipments, unload freight, and verify contents against shipping documents using inventory management software and ERP systems Ensure proper packaging standards are maintained to protect products during transit and comply with trade regulations and shipping logistics requirements Maintain detailed records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements through data entry in warehouse management systems such as AS400 or MRP software Coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery schedules while adhering to international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Conduct regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization within the warehouse to optimize storage space and facilitate order fulfillment Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting with load & unload procedures, stocking shelves, and operating equipment like forklifts (certification preferred) or stockers Skills Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software such as AS400 or MRP platforms Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload operations Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate record keeping and inventory calculations Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift trucks (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, order picking, and warehouse distribution processes
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
