Work Shift and Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with opportunity for overtime.
Pay:
From $20.50 per hour On the first of the month after 60 days: Health and wellness benefits eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, company-paid short/long term disability, life insurance, and more 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO), 120 hours the next year Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processing Orders Use software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer's order. Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly. Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment. Logistics and Inventory Management Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately. Receive incoming products/off-load truck deliveries. Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products. Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment. Participate in inventory cycle counts. Additional Duties Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties. Restock and rotate product. Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions. Other duties as needed. Qualifications and Competencies Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team. Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds. Ability to use small hand tools. High-reach forklift experience a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience required. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including use of scanners, required.
