$18/hr Job Description We are seeking Yard Receiving Associates who will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of lumber and building materials throughout the yard. This position works closely with the Yard and Sales teams to ensure products are properly counted, located, organized, and available for customer orders. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular physical inventory counts of lumber and building materials Verify quantities, sizes, grades, and product locations Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and shortages Maintain accurate inventory records in the company system Help organize and label yard inventory for easy identification Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating materials as needed Work with Yard and Sales personnel to locate products and verify availability Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard Follow all company safety procedures and equipment requirements

Job Requirements Job Qualifications:

Previous lumber yard, building materials, or inventory experience preferred Must have the ability to operate or learn to operate yard equipment, including forklifts The ability to safely lift and handle lumber and building materials is needed Must have basic computer skills Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must have steel toed or composite boots or shoes Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
