We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Associate.

You will be responsible for:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Unloading and loading trucks using a pallet jack or forklift as necessary. Distributing incoming shipments to the correct location or department. Using our inventory software for pulling, labeling, and shipping goods. Preparing freight quotes. Arranging domestic and international shipments. Ensuring the timely delivery of all shipments Interacting with customers by phone and email regarding shipments. Resolving shipping discrepancies. Ordering and stocking shipping supplies. Taking direction from supervisor.

Qualifications:

Basic math and computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to read and write English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Operate fork truck (will train). Experience with Customs documentation, Ebay, UPS Worldship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, E2 Shoptech, and USPS Online is a plus, but will train. Full time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday To start ASAP, dependable, good attitude, pay negotiable according to experience. Must be able to pass a background check and 8 panel drug test.
