Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our stock room, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. This position requires proficiency in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Duties Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists. Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them accurately. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Conduct order picking and packing for e-commerce fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order selection. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Requirements An interest in the outdoors/Fishing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order processing. Familiarity with Shipping Carrier Systems such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
