2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving - Temp-to-Hire - Pay up to $20! We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate for a 2nd shift temp-to-hire opportunity. This position involves shipping and receiving duties as well as building wooden crates, so candidates should have previous carpentry or woodworking experience and be comfortable using power tools.

Schedule & Training Training:

Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks. 1st

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM After Training - 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday:

3:30 PM-1:00

AM Friday:

3:30 PM-7:30 PM Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden shipping crates Measure and cut wood accurately according to specifications Safely operate table saws, nail guns, and other hand/power tools Read and accurately use a tape measure Prepare, package, and secure products for shipment Assist with general shipping and receiving duties Load, unload, and move materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Previous carpentry, woodworking, crating, or similar hands-on experience Comfortable and experienced using table saws and nail guns Must be able to read a tape measure accurately Ability to work safely around tools and equipment Dependable attendance and ability to work the full 2nd-shift schedule Must be available to train on 1st shift for several weeks Tow motor/forklift experience is a plus Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing hands-on work. Someone with a background in carpentry, construction, woodworking, crate building, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing could be a great fit. #indjackie
