Monday-Friday | 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | 40 hours per week HK Resale is a growing e-commerce business specializing in industrial, automotive, locksmith, and small-engine inventory. We are seeking a dependable, organized E-Commerce Shipping & Inventory Associate to take ownership of our day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory workflow. This is a hands-on warehouse position in a small-team environment. The right person will be able to work with both accuracy and a sense of urgency , follow established procedures, stay organized, and become increasingly independent as training progresses. We are looking for someone interested in stable, long-term employment who takes pride in completing a job correctly from beginning to end. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment Print daily pick lists and packing slips. Locate and retrieve products from warehouse inventory locations. Accurately pick, verify, pack, label, and stage customer orders. Prioritize shipments according to carrier pickup schedules and daily workflow. Learn and use shipping software, barcode scanners, and inventory-management systems. Maintain accuracy and productivity during both normal and high-volume shipping days. Inventory Put inventory away in assigned bins and shelving locations while maintaining established SKU organization. Assign and verify inventory locations using our inventory-management system. Perform inventory counts and reconciliation. Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate problems promptly. Maintain organized inventory locations so products can be located accurately and efficiently. Shipping & Warehouse Organization Fully restock and organize shipping supplies following daily fulfillment. Maintain packing stations, shelving, and warehouse work areas. Assist with general warehouse organization and upkeep. Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, dusting, trash removal, and employee-area cleaning. Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned. What We're Looking For The strongest candidates will be: Dependable and punctual. Able to follow written and verbal instructions consistently. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Able to stand and walk continuously throughout the workday. Able to bend, squat, reach, and lift frequently. Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable regularly using rolling warehouse stairs up to approximately 10 feet. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where temperatures vary with the season and weather. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Experience Previous experience is preferred but not required in one or more of the following: Pick/pack/ship warehouse operations E-commerce order fulfillment Inventory control or reconciliation Parts distribution Shipping/receiving UPS, USPS, FedEx or shipping software Barcode scanning or warehouse inventory systems Candidates without direct experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong organization, dependability, attention to detail, work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly.
