Receiving Warehouse Associate Full‑Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Pay:

$16.00 per hour Receiving Clerk - We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Receiving Clerk to help keep incoming merchandise accurate, organized, and moving through our facility. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, enjoys following established processes, and takes pride in getting the details right. While this position is based in our warehouse environment, approximately 75% of the role is computer-based receiving work , with the remaining 25% supporting general receiving warehouse activities . What You'll Do Enter incoming goods and shipment information accurately into our customer service software Review packing slips, purchase information, and receiving documents to verify quantities, styles, sizes, and other order details Follow established receiving processes to ensure merchandise is entered and routed correctly Identify and communicate discrepancies, shortages, overages, or incorrect shipments Maintain accurate receiving records and organized paperwork Communicate with Customer Service, warehouse team members, and other departments to resolve receiving questions Prioritize incoming work and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment Assist with general warehouse duties approximately 25% of the time , including unloading, sorting, labeling, staging, and moving product Use a manual pallet jack as needed to safely move materials Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow established processes and written instructions Comfortable working independently while also communicating with multiple departments Ability to stay focused and accurate while handling repetitive or high-volume work Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and assisting with physical tasks as needed Why You'll Love Working at 5
