As a Shipping/Receiving Associate you are responsible to prepare shipments and receive incoming materials. We Offer You! What Success Looks Like:

Prepare and package BILCO products for LTL and full truckload (FTL) shipments using shipping documentation. Stage outbound orders by carrier according to the daily shipping schedule to support on-time deliveries. Safely load trailers to prevent product damage while maximizing trailer capacity and maintaining safe loading practices. Accurately scan and transact products in the inventory system, ensuring every shipment matches the customer order. Complete shipping paperwork accurately, obtain signed bills of lading from carriers, and submit all required documentation daily. Process small package shipments through UPS and FedEx by entering shipment information and generating shipping labels and required documentation. Receive incoming materials by verifying quantities and part numbers against purchase orders or Kanban cards, documenting receipts, and reporting discrepancies promptly. Accurately receive materials into the inventory system and stock them in designated locations following established inventory processes. Support a clean, organized, and efficient workplace by actively participating in 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities, including documenting daily 5S tasks. Effectively manage priorities throughout the day while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Your Credentials:
