Full Job Description Shipping & Receiving Associate Pay:

$20.00+ per hour, depending on experience.

Monday-Friday | Day Shift HireCall is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a busy industrial manufacturing team! This position requires strong knowledge of industrial piping materials, flanges, and related components. The ideal candidate will have previous shipping and receiving experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to accurately identify and handle a variety of specialized materials.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

5:00 AM-1:30 PM Hours may fluctuate based on shipping schedules and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documents and purchase orders. Accurately identify and handle industrial piping materials, flanges, and related components. Verify material types, sizes, grades, and quantities to ensure accuracy. Prepare, organize, and stage materials for outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Utilize computer systems and Microsoft 365 applications to process and track materials. Communicate with production and warehouse personnel to coordinate material movement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience required; 2+ years preferred. Previous experience working with industrial piping materials, flanges, and related products strongly preferred. Familiarity with pipe materials, diameters, and grading systems. Ability to accurately identify different types of piping materials and components. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required.
